Get medical-based physical fitness support at Loyola Center for Health



Medically-based fitness programs are now available at Loyola Center for Health and Fitness. The eight-week fitness programs are ongoing and designed for patients who are transitioning from or managing a medical condition or for those who simply need additional support. The fitness programs include cancer fitness, cardiac fitness, functional fitness, orthopaedic fitness, pre-hab fitness, pulmonary fitness, transitional care and weight management.
